Hi, I'm Niam.
I grew up in a family-run opticians on the high street in Watford. My mum still runs it. That shop taught me everything I know about small businesses: staff leaving unexpectedly, the endless tasks nobody wants to do, the work that makes you question why you started in the first place.
Since then I've worked in sales, spent years in data analytics (Python, dashboards, the lot), led teams at a children's charity for over a decade, and coached people through fitness transformations off the back of my own 50kg weight loss. On paper it looks scattered. In practice, it's been the perfect training ground for what I do now.
